London Marathon 2024: How to Watch the Event
Coverage in the UK
The 2024 TCS London Marathon will be broadcast live and free-to-air in the UK on BBC One. Coverage will begin at 8:30am BST and switch to BBC Two at 2pm.

BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website will also provide live streaming of the race for viewers in the UK.
Coverage Outside the UK
International viewers can check the official London Marathon website for information on broadcast partners in their respective countries.
Preview of the Event
The 2024 London Marathon is expected to be the biggest yet, with over 50,000 runners registered to participate. The race will feature elite athletes competing for the prestigious title, as well as thousands of amateur runners taking on the 26.2-mile challenge.
This year's London Marathon is particularly significant as it marks the first time that all six of the world's major marathons (London, Berlin, Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Tokyo) will offer equal prize money to male and female winners.
